Testing Mom Reviews: Any Honest Feedback?

Hey fam! 👋 My kindergartener needs to take some crazy assessment for this "gifted" program, and I'm lowkey panicking 😫

Been seeing Testing Mom reviews pop up EVERYWHERE in my searches, but their website looks like it's selling me the moon and stars. Anyone actually tried their prep materials or tutoring? Are Testing Mom reviews like this one legit or just paid promotions?

Specifically wondering:
Worth the subscription cost?
Did it actually help your kid's test scores?
Which practice tests were most useful?
Any honest Testing Mom feedback from real parents?

Trying not to waste money on something that won't help, but also don't want my kid missing opportunities! Thanks for keeping it real 🙏

Hey! I was also super confused about which Testing Mom plan to choose, so I did a deep dive into a bunch of reviews. This Testing Mom review on https://nocramming.com/tutoring/testingmom was really helpful! It pointed out that while Testing Mom has a ton of resources, the practice questions seem to be where the real value lies. Based on that, I'd say if you're mainly focused on practicing for specific tests like the NNAT and CogAT, a more basic plan might be all you need. Just make sure it includes plenty of practice tests for those specific assessments.
Hi there!
We used TestingMom for our daughter's kindergarten assessment. Honestly, we found the sheer volume of practice questions to be the most helpful part. We were on a tight budget, so we opted for the basic plan to keep the price reasonable. It still gave us access to tons of practice tests, which was exactly what we needed. I relied on TestingMom reviews from other parents to choose that plan, and it worked out well for us! 👍 😊

After reading every Testing Mom review I could find, I tried it for my daughter's CogAT prep. The interactive games were a game-changer for us! She thought she was just playing but was actually learning those abstract reasoning skills the test demands.

Was it worth the cost? For testing prep, absolutely yes. Way better than the random YouTube videos and free PDFs I tried first. Just make sure you're actually using it consistently - no program works by magic

Hi! 👋 I think it depends on the student's learning style and motivation. My son really benefited from the interactive elements on TestingMom.com, like the online games and exercises. We chose a plan that gave him access to those, and it was definitely worth it. However, if your student is self-directed and motivated by practice questions alone, a basic plan with primarily practice tests might be sufficient. Good luck! 🤞
