Drop Studypool reviews: worth giving it a try?

What do you think of Studypool? I need help with my econ problem sets (graphs + equations = ) so I checked it out. At first, it looked kinda cool - post a question, get tutors bidding to answer. But then I started reading some Studypool reviews and now I’m not sure... A few people said they got helpful answers, but others mentioned low effort work and even tutors rushing to grab cash.

So what should I do? Anyone here tried it for econ or math?

I tried it for stats twice - very different experiences. One tutor gave me a crystal clear breakdown, another just rushed through the solution as if my question was annoying wouldn't expect much of this platform

i used it once for econ graphs and the tutor literally just sent me screenshots from a random site waste of cash

Here’s my quick studypool review:

pros: you can pick the price and sometimes get fast replies.
cons: quality control is all over the place, and you have to sift through tutors who just want fast money.

Tbh depends how desperate you are.

Agree with this! My "auction" had like 15 bids but only 2 of them looked trustworthy. Filtering is the hard part

You only pay after you pick a tutor. But they sometimes push you to deposit credits first, so watch out!

I tried it for essays, wanted them to point out my mistakes to avoid prof's critique later. Wouldn’t recommend cause feedback was lazy, like two sentences total.
