Best gym apps for beginners?

Hey guys,
I’ve recently started going to the gym and realized I have no idea what I’m doing most of the time

I’m looking for a good gym app (iOS / iPhone) that can:

tell me what workouts to do(gym planner app)
help track progress (sets, reps, weights)
ideally something simple, not overloaded with features and menus
I’ve tried a couple of apps, but they either feel too complicated or just boring to use.
Would love to hear what you’re actually using in the gym and what works for you.
