Physics AI Problem Solver - What’s Actually Good Right Now?

Looking for a reliable AI that can solve physics problems step-by-step. Not just final answers, but proper explanations for mechanics, electromagnetism, and general university-level physics. Free or paid options both fine. Curious what people are actually using in 2026.

physics ai homework solver apps are mostly helpful for quick guidance and formula selection, but when it comes to full problem solving with vectors, forces, or circuits, they often miss key assumptions or simplify steps too aggressively.

MathGPT is one of the better structured physics tools I’ve tried. It explains intermediate steps clearly for standard physics problems like mechanics and basic E&M, but still has limits in advanced theory =)

physics question solver ai systems usually fail on sign conventions and vector direction handling, which makes them risky for anything involving electromagnetism, torque, or multi-body systems....I realized this when I was a senior in the physics department. So I think the teachers will get it faster
But Math GPT isn't bad. BUT ALWAYS CHECK THE ANSWERS. Sometimes there are ridiculous mistakes. But overall, it's okay.
