Should I just get help with my dissertation or keep struggling on my own?

I’m at the point where I’m seriously thinking about getting external help because the dissertation is starting to feel unmanageable. Has anyone actually dealt with this by either outsourcing parts of it or handling everything solo? I’m trying to понять, what actually works in practice.

I’ve been struggling with my dissertation and started looking into whether I should just do my dissertation with help online instead of trying to push through everything alone.

Right now I’m stuck at the planning stage (topic + structure), and it feels like I’m losing a lot of time just trying to get started. I saw some students mention using dissertation help services for specific parts like literature review, methodology, or editing, rather than outsourcing everything.

From what I understand, platforms like EssayPro and similar services are often used more like academic support (guidance, drafting help, revisions) rather than “fully replacing” your work. That seems more realistic for something as big as a dissertation.

I’m still unsure though — is it actually worth getting professional help for early structure and chapters, or does it just make things more confusing later when you have to defend everything yourself? Would be good to hear how others approached this.
